The role of Food Production Supervisor at Baptist Health entails overseeing and supporting the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals, ensuring that all departmental goals and objectives relating to food service are met with consistency and quality. The Food Production Supervisor follows standardized recipes, daily production charts, and instructions meticulously while adhering to food service requirements concerning quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness. Strict compliance with HACCP procedures and usage of standard food preparation equipment, utensils, and measuring devices is essential.

This position offers an estimated pay range of $18.30 to $18.32 per hour, contingent on experience. The supervisor is responsible for maintaining the highest standards in food safety and sanitation and must receive a Food Safety Certification within six months of hire. This role not only requires technical skills in food preparation but also excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to lead and collaborate effectively within the food service team. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma, certificate, GED, or equivalent
