This role oversees and supports the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals, ensuring that the department’s goals and objectives are consistently met. The Food Production Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining high standards by following standardized recipes, daily production charts, and instructions, ensuring that food is produced to meet stringent requirements related to quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness. Additionally, the supervisor is responsible for adhering to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) procedures to maintain food safety and sanitation standards.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years culinary experience
- Healthcare setting experience preferred
- Food Safety Certification obtained within 6 months of hire
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety in food handling and equipment
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and production charts
Job Qualifications
