Joining Freudenberg Medical as a First Article Inspector means becoming part of a team dedicated to ensuring quality and precision in the manufacturing process. The role focuses on conducting first article inspections that are critical to product development, process validation, and ongoing quality assurance. This position requires hands-on experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), vision systems, Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), and statistical analysis in a manufacturing setting.

As a First Article Inspector, you will be responsible for programming and operating metrology equipment, interpreting blueprints to identify critical inspections, completing detailed first article inspection reports, and verifying that all documentation is current and comprehensive. Your expertise will directly support the quality and reliability of medical devices, which play a crucial role in patient care and safety.
