Job Description

Peak is the number one fastest-growing private company in Columbus, Ohio, as recognized by Inc. 5000. Established as one of the top and youngest financial planning firms in the country, Peak has demonstrated exceptional growth and commitment to excellence. Since inception, the company has expanded rapidly from a single member to over 60 dedicated professionals within just four years. This explosive growth is a testament to the company’s vibrant culture, strategic vision, and relentless focus on delivering superior financial planning services to clients. Peak’s reputation for excellence is further highlighted by its highly selective hiring process — in 2025 alone, out of more than 5,400 applicants, only 19 were chosen to join the team. This selectivity underscores the company’s dedication to building a high-performing team aligned with its core values and intensity.

Peak isn’t a conventional firm; it is a scaling startup that thrives on the synergy of top-tier talent driven by a shared vision. The company seeks individuals who clarify the meaning of an "A+ Player" — someone elite at their craft, who is gritty, exceptionally hardworking, and motivated by an internal drive to succeed. Employees at Peak exhibit a no-nonsense attitude, disliking mediocrity, and operating with a mindset that they don’t need constant oversight to perform. The company culture revolves around being a "Foxhole Team Member," someone with a servant’s heart who commits to the team and a higher purpose, exemplified by going above and beyond to provide "White Glove Service" to clients. This ethos of dedication extends to supporting colleagues unconditionally, whether it means helping with a flat tire early in the morning or ensuring every client receives the highest level of care.

Additionally, Peak embodies what it calls a "Rocketship Mentality," welcoming professionals excited to join a fast-moving startup with massive growth potential. Employees are expected to maintain a growth mindset across all facets of their lives — professionally, personally, physically, and spiritually. The company values "Lifers," those who envision building a long-term career at Peak, not just taking a 9-to-5 job but committing to 30-plus years of growth and service within the firm.

The role we are hiring for is an integral position within this dynamic culture. The ideal candidate will be a highly reliable and versatile team member capable of supporting multiple facets of our office operations and team functions. Responsibilities include running errands for the leadership and team, managing shared spaces to ensure they are tidy and well-stocked, and assisting across departments with last-minute and miscellaneous tasks that improve efficiency and team culture. This role also involves logistical support during meetings and firm-wide events, including setup, cleanup, and hospitality for guests. Handling small projects related to office organization, operations, and workflow improvements will be part of the day-to-day activities. Ultimately, this position is for someone who is a proactive, go-to helping hand dedicated to enhancing the overall workplace experience and contributing actively to the smooth functioning and culture of a high-growth startup.

This is a full-time, in-person role located in Columbus, Ohio. It offers a unique opportunity for candidates who resonate with Peak’s values and intensity to join a thriving company committed to excellence, personal and professional growth, and a collaborative team environment where they can make a significant impact. If you are an A+ player with a servant’s heart and a rocketship mentality, ready to dive in and grow with one of the most exciting startups in the financial planning industry, Peak invites you to apply.
