HFRC is currently seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join their team as a full-time Fire Protection Technician (FPT) based in Medford, New Jersey (Greater Philadelphia area). Responsibilities include inspection, testing, maintenance, and repairs of foam systems, high-volume industrial fire water systems such as hydrant flow and fire pump testing, and various firefighting equipment like apparatus and remote-operated firewater monitors. The role demands thorough assessment skills, with duties involving manual calculations and the use of Excel spreadsheets to evaluate water-based fire protection systems.

Beyond technical responsibilities, the Fire Protection Technician will assist with emergency response assessments and planning, support investigations of fire and explosion scenes, prepare reports, and undertake administrative tasks.
