Job Requirements
- successful completion of a drug test and pre-employment background screening
- mvr checks required for all driving positions
Job Qualifications
- general sprinkler knowledge
- experience in fire sprinkler installation or design
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
Job Duties
- Oversee all fire sprinkler projects
- manage job cost and project scheduling
- work with designers to get designs completed and submitted including job surveys
- follow up and manage permits for projects
- report weekly to the general manager with project updates
- oversee the fire sprinkler superintendent
- coordinate and process contract job change orders
- understand design and layout of fire sprinkler systems
- coordinate installation between trades
- manage cost and understand budgets
