Job Requirements
- Residency within or near the territory strongly preferred
- Valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- Prior sales experience working in wholesale distribution strongly preferred
- Knowledge of the Los Angeles restaurant and retail landscape
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for wine, spirits, and the hospitality industry
Job Duties
- Manage a territory of on-premise and off-premise accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Deliver compelling product presentations, tastings, and staff trainings
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal team members to drive sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
- Execute against sales goals, brand initiatives, and territory plans
- Participate in market work assignments with visiting winery and spirits suppliers
- Participate in monthly sales meetings
- Participate in various trade and consumer tasting events
