Job Requirements
- Experience in fine dining or VIP event service
- Active Food Handler's Certificate
- Ability to work flexible event-based schedules
- Professional attire for interviews including all-black button-up shirt, vest, tie, suit pants, black belt, and black dress or non-slip shoes
- Strong communication skills
- Must secure long hair and remove facial piercings at the interview
- Must bring professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for high-end service
Job Qualifications
- Experience in fine dining, luxury events, hotels, private clubs, or VIP environments preferred
- Active Food Handler's Certificate required
- Strong understanding of formal service standards
- Professional appearance and hospitality-first mindset
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Deliver elevated, professional service at fine dining and VIP events
- Execute formal service techniques including tray service, plated dinners, and table-side etiquette
- Anticipate guest needs while maintaining a calm, polished presence
- Work closely with bartenders, captains, and event leads to ensure seamless service
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a clean, organized service area
