The Food Server must be capable of carrying trays up to 15 pounds and lifting bus tubs of up to 40 pounds, as well as tolerate secondary tobacco smoke. Job Duties
- Acknowledge customer immediately with a smile
- Inform guests of specials and have a full understanding of the menu to answer questions
- Take beverage order and serve timely
- Ensure food order is correct before serving
- Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests' needs
- Clear empty plates and glasses and place in bus carts quickly
- Prepare sections and side stations with clean and properly set tables
- Prepare silverware neatly and clean area after preparation
- Ensure all areas are clean and free of debris
