The Fine Dining Server position at Southern Hills Country Club is an integral role within our fine dining operations. Servers in this role are responsible for delivering an unparalleled dining experience to our esteemed members and guests across five year-round dining rooms and two seasonal venues. This role requires a professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, all while embodying the club's commitment to outstanding hospitality and service excellence. Fine Dining Servers work primarily evening shifts from 4:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., Tuesday through Sunday, with at least two shifts per week required, including one on the weekend. Broader availability is preferred to support operational needs.

This is a regular part-time position with a wage of $7.25 per hour plus tips. Employees in this position are eligible for an annual Christmas gratuity, which is a gift from the club's membership, reflecting appreciation for the service provided. Additional benefits include a provided uniform, complimentary meals in the employee dining room every day, and access to employee golf on the club's championship course on certain Mondays.
