- knowledge of food, wine, spirits, beer, and skills associated with fine dining
- ability to multi-task
- ability to cope with varied and fast paced activities
- ability to work a varying schedule including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Serves meals and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
- removes dishes when appropriate
- responds promptly to requests from guests while remaining customer service oriented
- prepares food serving area, to include properly setting tables and related furniture for special functions
- wipes and polishes silverware
- complies with all policies and standards and procedures applicable to the position, including attendance, time, quality control, and other standards
