Job Requirements
- Minimum of five years experience in fine dining service
- Food handler certification
- Alcoholic Beverage Service certification
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environment
- Passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of wine pairing and service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Adhere to restaurant policies and protocols
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette
- Extensive wine knowledge including varietals, regions, and vintages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in food and beverage service within fine dining or luxury hospitality

- Basic knowledge of food safety standards
- Schedule flexibility for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
Job Duties
- Present and recommend menu and wine options to guests
- Deliver exceptional fine dining service according to restaurant standards
- Perform side work including bussing and expo duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of server room and dining areas
- Provide knowledgeable wine service including pairings and presentation
- Collaborate effectively as part of the restaurant team
- Adapt to and uphold restaurant policies and protocols
