Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of guests
- basic knowledge of dining room and service procedures
- average to above average knowledge regarding beer, wine, and spirits
- basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
- able to work in a standing position for long periods
- able to reach, bend, stoop and safely lift up to 25 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet guests
- identify first-time guests and provide menu tours
- maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and bar processes
- assist guests with special dietary needs
- take food and beverage orders accurately
- own the guest experience from order to follow-up
- deliver food and beverages promptly
- perform running duties and side work
- maintain cleanliness and appearance
- monitor guest satisfaction
- maintain professional and friendly demeanor
- accept and process payments
- work collaboratively with team members
- thank guests and invite return visits
- fill in as needed to support restaurant operations
