- Open availability for day and evening shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to collect payments accurately
- Knowledge of alcohol service regulations

Job Duties
- Complete knowledge of menu, bar, and wine
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Suggestively sell and advise customers on cooking methods, ingredients, and menu options
- Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints
- Provide guests with daily specials, happy hour specials, and upcoming promotions
- Collect payment from customers
- Enforce rules and regulations in regard to alcohol consumption and purchase
- Be a team player and a part of our family
