Job Requirements

Understands the level of service required for a fine dining establishment
Open and willing to work in a multicultural environment
Highly organized with the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members
Great communicator with high attention to detail
Willingness to learn new tasks
Proficient in POS systems
Minimum of two years of fine dining experience
High school diploma
Open and flexible schedule including weekends

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Provide detailed menu information and recommendations
Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
Handle guest concerns and requests promptly and courteously
Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional service throughout the shift
