The Food and Beverage - Fine Dining Server role at Suquamish Clearwater Casino Resort is essential to maintaining these standards of excellence. This position plays a vital role in ensuring guests receive clearly superior customer service by attending to their needs promptly and professionally. The primary responsibility involves setting and resetting tables, maintaining cleanliness and presentation in the dining areas, and assisting other Food and Beverage staff as needed to support overall operations. Fine Dining Servers are tasked with handling banquet functions by providing attentive guest services, delivering food and beverages, serving alcoholic drinks responsibly, and ensuring the breakfast room is adequately stocked according to hotel occupancy levels. This position requires excellent communication skills, a cooperative and friendly demeanor, and the ability to thrive in busy, often noisy environments during peak service hours in the evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates will have at least a high school diploma or GED, with some prior experience in food handling and customer service. A Food Handler's Card is mandatory, along with the ability to obtain a Washington State Alcohol Servers Permit. Physical stamina is also important, as the role involves lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. Working under the guidance of management, including the Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Banquet Captain, the Fine Dining Server contributes to a seamless dining experience for guests. The role also requires some independent decision-making, especially when supporting catered events coordinated with the resort's sales staff.
