Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- culinary degree or diploma preferred
