This role is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team passionate about delivering exceptional food, drink, and service in a first-class setting. The position offers a competitive base salary of up to $125,000, commensurate with experience, along with major medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, and performance-based raises and promotions. This is a full-time role that combines operational leadership with culinary creativity.
As the Fine Dining Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, and driving a culture of excellence and accountability within the culinary team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that every dish served meets the impeccable standards expected by our discerning clientele. You will lead by example, fostering teamwork through proper training, deployment, and transparent communication. A crucial part of your leadership will involve measuring team performance against clear criteria, holding yourself and team members accountable, and coaching to continuously improve.
The ideal candidate will possess significant high-end steakhouse experience and a proven track record of steady career progression, demonstrated by having no more than three jobs in the past five years.
