Job Requirements

  • Work seamlessly with the chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Remain calm under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Must be available to work from 2:00pm until closing
  • Must be available on weekends and holidays
  • Ambitious hardworking and team oriented

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cooking experience in a restaurant or hotel setting
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain consistency
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations

Job Duties

  • Set up clean and stock kitchen prep station
  • Measure weigh cut and mix ingredients according to recipes
  • Prepare food and cook main dishes desserts appetizers and snacks
  • Plate arrange and garnish dishes based on the chef’s guidance
  • Work with servers to ensure orders are completed timely and accurately
  • Wash and clean the kitchen and cooking utensils
  • Store equipment at the end of shift
  • Follow food safety standards and regulations to ensure proper operating procedures and hygiene
