Job Requirements

  • Highschool diploma/GED
  • Previous fine dining experience preferred
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must comply with all applicable health codes and regulations
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of casino operations and environment preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of wine and wine service preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work in an environment with exposure to secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust

Job Duties

  • Provide friendly, responsive, and professional guest service at all times
  • Build positive rapport with guests while escorting them to their tables
  • Accommodate guest seating requests whenever possible
  • Manage seating rotations to ensure balanced service across all sections
  • Promote and highlight current wine specials and promotions
  • Communicate guest needs and special occasions, such as birthdays and anniversaries, to leadership
  • Relay guest compliments, concerns, and feedback to management promptly
  • Monitor the flow of business and adjust seating and staffing support as needed
  • Take guest reservations and maintain accurate reservation records in accordance with established procedures
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
