- Previous experience in food running serving or hospitality preferred
- Experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is a plus
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and presentation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry multiple plates
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately according to ticket specifications
- Ensure proper presentation and garnishing of dishes prior to delivery
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers to ensure correct order execution
- Describe dishes to guests when delivering food including key ingredients and preparation details
- Assist servers with table maintenance including clearing plates and resetting tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and expo areas
- Support proper timing of courses and coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams
