Job Requirements

  • Must have recent experience working in an office environment at the front desk
  • Prior experience answering a high-volume multiline phone system
  • Consistent, long term and relevant work history
  • Prior work history in insurance, mortgage, banking, or accounting industries
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Basic Microsoft Word and Excel

Job Duties

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors and callers, routing communications to appropriate staff members
  • Answering phone calls, transferring to correct extension, and providing courteous assistance
  • Assisting with company mailings, sorting and distributing customer statements, and managing office supplies
  • Supporting guest hospitality functions, helping with special mailings, and providing general administrative support
