Job Requirements
- Final mile install experience required
- DOT/MC required
- 26' white box truck with lift gate (clear of advertisements)
- Maintain insurance coverage that meets Ryder requirements
- Pass background check and motor vehicle check
- Operate as an LLC or corporation
- Must operate as a two-person team
Job Qualifications
- Experience in final mile furniture delivery and installation
- Valid DOT and MC operating authority
- Possession of a 26-foot white box truck with lift gate
- Ability to operate as a two-person team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass background and motor vehicle checks
- Business structure as LLC or corporation
Job Duties
- Deliver furniture to customers’ homes with white glove service
- Assemble and install furniture in customers’ homes
- Operate as part of a two-person delivery team
- Ensure safe handling and transport of furniture items
- Maintain cleanliness and advertisement-free condition of the 26-foot white box truck
- Comply with all DOT and MC regulations
- Conduct pre-route and post-route vehicle inspections
