- final mile install experience required
- dot and mc required
- 26-foot white box truck with lift gate clear of advertisements
- maintain insurance coverage that meets Ryder requirements
- pass background check and motor vehicle check
- operate as an llc or corporation
- must operate as a two-person team
Job Qualifications
- experience in final mile furniture delivery and installation
- valid DOT and MC numbers
- proven ability to operate as a two-person team
- possession of a 26-foot white box truck with liftgate
- familiarity with safety regulations and insurance requirements
- strong communication and customer service skills
- background and motor vehicle checks clearance
Job Duties
- deliver furniture to customer residences
- perform in-home white glove assembly and installation
- operate as a two-person delivery team
- maintain safety and compliance with all transportation regulations
- manage delivery schedules and routes efficiently
- ensure customer satisfaction by handling items with care
- report delivery status and any issues to Ryder management
