Job Requirements
- Must be available for all matches at the venue
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in gate services or related department
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with security regulations and best practices
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism
- Fluent in English

- 2+ years of supervisory experience in gate services or related department
- Proven track record of leading and managing teams
- Experience managing volunteers is an asset

- Fluent in English
- Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and planning software
Job Duties
- Manage match day deployment and coordination of assigned Fan Operations Volunteers
- Act as first point of contact for volunteer questions and welfare
- Monitor gate operations to ensure compliance with security and access control procedures
- Provide regular reports to Fan Operations Coordinator on gate operations and volunteer performance
- Identify and escalate crowd flow and operational issues
- Collaborate with security, operations, and management teams to enhance processes
- Communicate effectively with fans, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide wayfinding assistance
