Job Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Flexibility to work multiple facility locations and varied schedules
- Ability to handle emotionally charged situations
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to make and stand by independent decisions
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness
- Excellent team building and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull at least 25 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, run, bend, stoop, and squat frequently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Strong customer service experience
- Cash handling experience preferred but not required
- Parking industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in English
- Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years driving experience
- Ability to operate standard transmission vehicles
Job Duties
- Park and retrieve vehicles efficiently and carefully
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service
- Manage traffic flow to maintain organization and safety
- Work independently or under supervision to ensure smooth operations
- Develop positive rapport with customers to enhance their experience
- Promote teamwork and assist colleagues when needed
- Handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
