This role is ideal for those who have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Fieldwork Associates at the Mission Rock Taproom will be responsible for delivering top-notch guest service, engaging directly with customers, and supporting both front-of-house operations and kitchen activities. Since this is a founding team position at a brand new taproom, successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to shape the establishment's culture, customer service standards, and overall guest experience. Employment is available on both a part-time and full-time basis, with a competitive hourly rate starting at $19.61, plus additional tip income that varies depending on shift and business volume through a pooled tip system. This compensation structure reflects the company's commitment to rewarding excellent service and dedication. Candidates must be at least 21 years old, have legal authorization to work in the United States, and be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry. Prior experience in similar environments such as bars, restaurants, breweries, or wineries is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, possession of or the ability to obtain a California Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification is necessary.
