- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in plastic injection molding
- knowledge of safety and quality standards
- ability to manage multiple tasks and operators
- strong communication and leadership skills
- ability to perform physical tasks related to machine setup
- willingness to work full time
- adherence to ISO 9001 standards

- knowledge of ISO 9001 systems

- ability to perform job changeovers and machine setup
- experience with quality assurance processes
- problem-solving skills for troubleshooting
- familiarity with raw material preparation
Job Duties
- Start up injection molding machines and equipment at start of shift
- ensure jobs are running at steady state within appropriate cycle times and meeting quality standard before turning over to operators
- direct daily operations to achieve planned production schedule
- assign operators to jobs/tasks, plan daily workload, and fill in roles as required
- relieve operators for scheduled breaks as needed
- train department employees on safety, quality, and operating procedures
- communicate and document all process changes clearly
- perform job changeovers according to standard work procedures and checklists
