Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience with Coil Tubing Drilling
- Ability to work in difficult and demanding drilling environments
- Ability to follow strict compliance and HSE procedures
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Capability to perform basic maintenance on field equipment

Job Duties
- Following internal compliance and HSE standards to ensure a safe working environment
- Developing and demonstrating proficiency in the skill profile required for the delivery of Directional Drilling Systems
- Providing complex solutions in challenging Directional System environments
- Solving often complex drilling problems by monitoring, analyzing and evaluating incidents using logging and drilling data
- Working in difficult drilling environments to provide complex solutions to the customer
- Making basic maintenance on various types of field equipment and determining the equipment's current operational status at the well site
