Job Description
Oatridge Security Group (OSG) is a well-established security services provider with over 20 years of experience delivering top-of-the-line security solutions to the commercial sector and U.S. government clients. Operating primarily throughout Washington and Oregon, OSG has built a strong reputation for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service. The company was recognized as the SBA National 8(a) Graduate of the Year in 2020, reflecting its commitment to excellence and growth within the security industry. Oatridge Security Group prides itself on creating a secure environment for its clients through a highly trained and dedicated workforce. The organization emphasizes integrity, discipline, and continuous improvement, supported by innovative technology and strategic operational management.
The role of Field Supervisor at Oatridge Security Group is a critical leadership position within the company, designed for individuals who possess solid self-discipline, strong de-escalation skills, and a dependable work ethic. This job provides an engaging and responsible opportunity for security professionals aiming to step into a supervisory role while maintaining active participation in security duties. Field Supervisors at OSG act as both mentors and leaders, setting exemplary standards for other officers and reinforcing company policies and client expectations.
Field Supervisors are responsible for performing unarmed security duties and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality security services across assigned sites in Pierce and King County. This position requires vigilance, good communication skills, and the ability to respond effectively to client concerns whether by phone, email, or face-to-face interaction. Supervisors are also tasked with scheduling and dispatching security officers to guarantee coverage meets client contractual requirements. Given the physical demands of the role, candidates should be capable of standing or walking for extended periods and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Safety and operational vehicle use are also important aspects of the role, necessitating possession of a clean driving record and responsible vehicle management.
The Field Supervisor is not a law enforcement officer and does not have powers of arrest or apprehension. Instead, supervisors focus on maintaining the professional standards and conduct of security personnel while fostering a cooperative team environment. They conduct site inspections, deliver on-the-job training and refresher courses, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure performance improvement. This position offers both full-time and part-time employment opportunities with a competitive pay rate ranging between $28 and $31 per hour. Shift schedules include overnight and weekend availability, matching operational needs.
Oatridge Security Group offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports employee well-being and growth, including medical, dental, vision, life, and voluntary insurance options. Employees also benefit from 401(k) plans with employer matching, paid time off (up to 56 hours annually for full-time staff), performance and referral bonuses, structured training programs, and pathways for future advancement within the company. OSG values teamwork, professionalism, and diversity, welcoming applicants who meet the listed qualifications to apply and become part of a growing security services team dedicated to protection, service, and client satisfaction.
