This multifaceted approach facilitates broader customer access to their products and expert services. The company emphasizes fostering a culture that supports employee growth, well-being, and inclusive teamwork, with comprehensive benefits and career development opportunities.

The Field Store Associate position at Sherwin-Williams is a part-time role primarily assigned to Lowe's Store #1734 in Ventura, California. This position focuses on boosting sales performance within the Paint and Pro departments through direct customer engagement, marketing initiatives, and merchandising excellence. The role also involves training Lowe's associates on Sherwin-Williams products to ensure consistent knowledge and application standards across the store.

The position demands a proactive approach to generating sales leads, nurturing relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with Sherwin-Williams brand values. Additionally, the Field Store Associate supports real-time paint mixing and tinting services, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Sherwin-Williams values safety and integrity, requiring a criminal history review given the nature of the position's access to valuable store merchandise, electronic equipment, and customer information. The company is committed to equal employment opportunities and encourages candidates from diverse backgrounds to apply. Sherwin-Williams also upholds compliance with applicable laws regarding fair chance hiring and veterans' employment priorities.

Candidates interested in this role can expect to engage in a multi-step hiring process starting with an online application, followed by a digital video interview via HireVue, and finally a virtual interview conducted by the recruiting team. This process is designed to identify qualified candidates who demonstrate alignment with Sherwin-Williams' core values and customer-focused mission.

Working at Sherwin-Williams provides employees with access to a broad range of benefits aimed at improving life quality, career growth, and community engagement. Employees are supported in developing skills, receiving competitive compensation, and contributing meaningfully within an inclusive work environment.
