Vertiv prioritizes safety in all aspects of the job, emphasizing adherence to safety protocols, proper use of personal protective equipment, and maintaining company vehicles in compliance with legal standards. The Customer Engineer is expected to be a problem solver who can perform repairs efficiently, conduct thorough site evaluations, and provide clear communication and documentation for all service activities.

Vertiv fosters a work culture grounded in its Core Principles of Safety, Integrity, Respect, Teamwork, and Inclusion. Employees are encouraged to Own It, Act with Urgency, Foster a Customer-First Mindset, and Drive Continuous Improvement while executing strategic priorities that emphasize Innovation, Financial Strength, Operational Excellence, and a High-Performance Culture. Moreover, Vertiv actively promotes a strong work-life balance, competitive benefits including company vehicle and technology tools, 401k, profit sharing, and healthcare plans, and is an employer of choice for veterans with technical expertise.

The opportunity at Vertiv is ideal for professionals who are passionate about technology, committed to safety, and eager to contribute to a company that values continuous learning and strategic growth. The role demands a flexible schedule to accommodate travel across service regions, occasional evening, weekend, or holiday work, and a successful applicant must pass necessary background and drug screenings as part of employment compliance. If you are looking to advance your career in a trusted and innovative environment that supports vital infrastructure technologies, join Vertiv as a Customer Engineer and be part of a global team dedicated to keeping critical systems running smoothly.
