Job Requirements
- valid current driver's license
- 1+ years relevant experience in electrical, construction, or automatic door industries
- physical ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- ability to stand, stoop, twist, bend, push, pull, climb, and work overhead
- eligibility to pass pre-employment drug testing
- willingness to adhere to company's substance abuse policies
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years relevant experience in electrical, construction, or automatic door industries
- valid current driver's license
- strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- effective communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- knowledge of safety protocols and procedures
Job Duties
- perform corrective service and preventative maintenance on automated access doors and related equipment in a professional manner
- communicate with sales and service management about customer needs and sales opportunities
- maintain accurate project and service documentation
- troubleshoot and repair door equipment and control devices
- adhere to safety standards and company policies
- provide technical support and guidance to customers
- complete service reports and documentation timely
