This job posting is for a Field Operations Manager position based in the Twin Cities metropolitan area, MN. The role is field-based and involves leading and developing a team of 8 to 10 Service Specialists. These specialists are responsible for delivering pest detection, elimination, and prevention services with a high standard of excellence and compliance with regulations. The primary responsibilities include spearheading district initial services, coaching the team to meet service and financial goals, seeking new business opportunities, and ensuring quality assurance through inspections. This position demands strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to foster a culture of safety within the team.

Ecolab offers an attractive compensation range of $75,000 to $110,000 annually, which includes base salary and performance-based incentives. The ideal candidate possesses a high school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of experience in field support or service-related industries. They should be capable of handling overnight shifts, obtaining necessary pest certifications and licenses, and must hold a valid driver’s license. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, leadership experience, sales proficiency, exceptional organizational skills, bilingual communication abilities (English and Spanish), and experience managing budgets and profit and loss responsibilities. The physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, working in various challenging environments, and operating vehicles safely.
