Joining Ecolab as a Field Operations Manager within the Pest Elimination team in the Austin, TX area offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop a team of Service Specialists dedicated to pest detection, elimination, and prevention solutions. This role is field-based and requires engagement with a diversity of clients, including restaurants, hospitals, hotels, retail stores, food and beverage plants, schools, nursing homes, and other commercial facilities. As a Field Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring service excellence while accelerating district growth and profitability. You will be responsible for leading your team in managing day and night service routes compliantly and effectively, coordinating initial service engagements, performing quality assurance visits, and maintaining crucial customer relationships. Driving sales initiatives and new business development opportunities will also be a vital part of your responsibility.

Ecolab offers a highly competitive compensation range between $77,900 and $117,000 annually, which includes base pay and performance-based target incentives.
