As a Field Operations Manager in the Rochester, NY area, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of Service Specialists committed to delivering service excellence. This leadership position involves managing a district team responsible for day and night route management, overseeing initial service coordination, driving quality assurance, and pursuing sales opportunities. You will be instrumental in developing associates into future leaders while maintaining customer retention and expanding account profitability. Reporting directly to senior management, the role demands an active contribution to promoting a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards, and representing Ecolab's commitment to outstanding pest elimination services.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of field support or service-related industry experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts as needed
- Ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Background check required
- Drug test including THC required
- No immigration sponsorship available

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3 years supervisory or team leadership experience in a field support or service-related industry preferred
- Proven record of meeting customer needs, quality service delivery and meeting business objectives preferred
- Exceptional communication and organization skills with aptitude to implement change initiatives preferred
- Good decision-making and problem-solving skills when handling challenging situations in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Prior experience in value added sales and/or new account generation preferred
- Prior budget and P&L responsibilities preferred
- Bi-lingual - English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team of 8-10 Service Specialists responsible for day and night route management while ensuring service excellence and compliance with applicable regulations/laws
- Take an active role in hiring, assessing, and developing associates to become the next leaders at Ecolab while emphasizing customer retention, growing existing accounts and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure your team of service specialists achieves their financial and service delivery goals
- Pursue sales and new business opportunities
- Coordinate initial services and maintain inventory and perform quality assurance visits
- Build and maintain customer relationships within the market
- Be a champion of safety and ensure your team upholds strong safety practices and values
