The Field Operations Manager position at Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team located in the Shreveport, LA area is a dynamic and pivotal role focused on leading and developing a team of 8-10 Service Specialists. These specialists provide essential pest detection, elimination, and prevention services within diverse commercial settings. This is a field-based role that includes responsibilities like managing day and night route operations, pursuing sales opportunities for business growth, performing quality assurance visits, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Multilingual capabilities, particularly English and Spanish, and experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities are advantageous. The role also entails physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, working in varied environmental conditions, and wearing safety equipment like respirators.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of field support or service-related industry experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts as needed
- Ability to obtain required pest certification and/or business licensing pursuant to state/local law
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Willingness to undergo background check
- Ability to pass drug test including THC
- Immigration sponsorship not available
- Ability to lift/push/pull/carry up to 50 pounds chest high
- Ability to wear and use respirator
- Willingness to work in confined spaces, damp/dusty locations, use ladders, freezing and hot conditions
- Ability to perform essential duties including kneeling, crouching, reaching, balancing, walking, standing, talking and hearing
- Ability to drive company vehicle and pass motor vehicle record checks
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in value-added sales and/or new account generation
- Prior budget and P&L responsibilities
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred
Job Duties
- Lead a team of 8-10 Service Specialists responsible for day and night route management while ensuring service excellence and compliance with applicable regulations and laws
- Take an active role in hiring, assessing, and developing associates to become the next leaders at Ecolab while emphasizing customer retention, growing existing accounts, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ensure your team of service specialists achieves their financial and service delivery goals
- Pursue sales and new business opportunities
- Coordinate initial services, maintain inventory and perform quality assurance visits
- Build and maintain customer relationships within the market
