The Field Operations Manager position at Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team located in the Shreveport, LA area is a dynamic and pivotal role focused on leading and developing a team of 8-10 Service Specialists. These specialists provide essential pest detection, elimination, and prevention services within diverse commercial settings. This is a field-based role that includes responsibilities like managing day and night route operations, pursuing sales opportunities for business growth, performing quality assurance visits, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. As a leader, the Field Operations Manager will actively engage in hiring, assessing, and developing team members while emphasizing customer retention and satisfaction. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with at least three years of field support or service-related industry experience, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to meet licensing requirements for pest control. Preferred candidates will have supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, a proven history of customer service and sales success, and the ability to make effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Multilingual capabilities, particularly English and Spanish, and experience managing budgets and P&L responsibilities are advantageous. The role also entails physical demands such as lifting up to 50 pounds, working in varied environmental conditions, and wearing safety equipment like respirators.
