This commitment has made Ecolab a trusted partner in safeguarding facilities, employees, and brands nationwide and globally.
As a Field Operations Manager on Ecolab's Pest Elimination team based in the Connecticut area, you will play a critical leadership role. This position involves managing a dedicated team of Service Specialists who operate across various districts to provide exceptional pest control services. The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for leading initial service efforts in the district, ensuring all operations meet compliance and service excellence standards, and actively pursuing sales opportunities and business growth. Your oversight also includes quality assurance visits to maintain the highest service standards and build strong, lasting customer relationships within the market.
Ecolab offers a comprehensive benefits package from day one, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a matching 401k plan, company-paid pension, stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid parental leave, and select discounted childcare resources. You will also receive a company service vehicle for business-related travel and have access to advanced tools, resources, and technology to support your team’s success. This role is designed for professionals ready to grow their income by driving district profitability while thriving in a safety-focused and supportive corporate culture.
The position requires a field-based approach with travel throughout Connecticut's key areas including New Haven, Hartford, Norwalk, and surrounding locales. Working days, with occasional overnight shifts, you will be instrumental in not only meeting but exceeding customer needs with quality service delivery and effective management of your team’s performance and compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will also emphasize hiring, training, and developing future leaders within the team, focusing on customer retention, account growth, and overall satisfaction.
The annual compensation range for this Field Operations Manager position is between $77,900 and $117,000, including base pay and performance-based incentives. Compensation considers factors such as experience, education, training, and geographic location. Ecolab is an equal opportunity employer committed to inclusion, offering reasonable accommodations throughout the application process and adhering to all relevant fair hiring laws and acts.
Joining Ecolab’s Pest Elimination team means contributing to a vital public service that protects community health and business integrity while advancing your professional career in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, safety, and growth. This role is ideal for experienced professionals in field support, service management, or pest control who want to make a significant impact while developing their leadership skills within a stable, innovative company.
