The Field Marketing Manager will consistently review customer feedback to provide actionable improvement recommendations directly to store teams.

Budget and vendor management are crucial aspects of the position, with the manager overseeing local marketing budgets and maintaining quality, cost-effective vendor relationships for promotional materials and services. Collaboration across departments—including Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, and local restaurant managers—is essential to align local tactical efforts with broader company goals. The role demands competence in creating or adapting marketing materials using brand-approved templates, ensuring consistency and compliance with brand standards and local regulations.

Additionally, this position includes responsibility for local public relations, crafting press releases, event recaps, and media pitches, and fostering relationships with local media and community outlets to maximize coverage and community engagement.
