KARL STORZ North America is a globally recognized leader in the medical technology industry, specializing in advanced visualization solutions and surgical instruments. Established as an independent, family-owned MedTech company, KARL STORZ has built a reputation for innovation, quality, and a patient-centered approach that spans generations rather than quarters. The company focuses on delivering specialty innovations, smart instruments, integrated ecosystems, and intelligent imaging solutions designed to create a more connected and software-enabled operating room that improves surgical outcomes and patient care. With a comprehensive product portfolio, KARL STORZ serves hospitals, surgery centers, and operating rooms worldwide, emphasizing cutting-edge technology and high standards of excellence in healthcare.

The Field Marketing Manager, Surgical role at KARL STORZ is a key position responsible for leading the execution of strategic marketing initiatives to support product launches, drive revenue growth, and improve market share across the Eastern United States. This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and Marketing teams to deliver effective field marketing programs that enhance customer engagement and support the surgical product portfolio. The portfolio includes specialties such as Laparoscopic, Orthopedic, Pediatric, Thoracic, and related surgical fields.

In this role, the Field Marketing Manager will be instrumental in planning and delivering impactful marketing and educational programs for both internal teams and external customers. The manager will lead product launches and oversee ongoing portfolio performance, ensuring that marketing strategies align with sales goals and market trends. This role demands strong expertise in surgical products and market dynamics, requiring the candidate to act as a subject matter expert within the field. Additionally, the Field Marketing Manager will manage regional events including labs and conferences, tracking outcomes and following up on leads to nurture business growth. The position includes substantial travel requirements, approximately 60-75%, to engage with customers and partners directly in the field.

Joining KARL STORZ means becoming part of a culture that values talent as its greatest asset and encourages innovation and collaboration. The company offers the opportunity to work on meaningful medical technology innovations that genuinely impact patient care worldwide.
