Job Description
Snowflake Inc. is a leading cloud-based data platform company that is revolutionizing the way businesses leverage data to drive innovation and decision-making. Known for its powerful data warehousing capabilities and seamless integration with various cloud services, Snowflake is empowering organizations across industries to harness their data with greater speed, flexibility, and efficiency. As a forward-thinking technology company, Snowflake is committed to driving the era of the agentic enterprise, where employees collaborate with AI-native tools to transform how work gets done. This innovative approach is at the core of Snowflake's culture, attracting individuals who are curious, low-ego, and thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments where the focus is on continuous learning and rapid iteration.
The position of Field Marketing Manager at Snowflake is designed for a dynamic and self-motivated marketing professional who will play a critical role in supporting the Central Expansion Sales Team. This role centers around developing and managing regional field-based demand generation programs and event campaigns that build brand awareness, generate and nurture leads, and accelerate sales opportunities toward closure. Working closely with sales, sales development, and campaign marketing teams, the Field Marketing Manager will plan and execute a diverse range of event activities—both physical and virtual—aligned with Snowflake's strategic business goals.
This role demands a high level of collaboration, creativity, and project management expertise. The ideal candidate is not only a self-starter with strong organizational skills but also someone who naturally seeks to explore innovative approaches to solve regional marketing challenges. They will manage the end-to-end logistics of marketing events, including vendor relations, inventory oversight, sales staffing coordination, and budget management. A key aspect of this role is the ability to align seamlessly with sales leadership to ensure marketing campaigns and event promotions are effectively integrated into the broader sales strategy, maximizing ROI and impact.
Snowflake values a growth mindset and the capacity to experiment with new ideas and technologies. As such, the Field Marketing Manager is expected to rapidly test emerging marketing capabilities in pursuit of simpler and more powerful ways to deliver results. This role also involves maintaining clear and responsive communication across multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that all events are executed to the highest standard and that sales teams are fully supported throughout the process.
The compensation for this role includes an estimated base salary range of $95,000 to $124,900, with eligibility to participate in Snowflake's bonus and equity plans. Additionally, Snowflake offers a comprehensive benefits package that covers medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plans, flexible spending and health savings accounts, paid time off, parental leave, and several more perks designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees. This opportunity is ideal for driven marketing professionals who are excited to contribute to the future of work while growing alongside one of the most innovative data companies in the cloud industry.
