Job Description
NAYA is a vibrant and innovative restaurant brand committed to building genuine connections through Middle Eastern flavors that nourish and inspire. Established with a clear mission to celebrate the richness of Middle Eastern cuisine, NAYA prides itself on cultivating not just a business but a community where employees, customers, and partners grow together. Expanding across the Northeast, the company has become known for its authentic dishes, warm hospitality, and dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences. NAYA’s growth strategy goes beyond simply increasing the number of restaurant locations; it focuses equally on personal development, leadership opportunities, and fostering a collaborative company culture that supports every team member’s growth and success. This commitment creates an environment where creativity and passion thrive, making NAYA an exciting and rewarding place to work.
The Field Marketing Manager role at NAYA offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of the company’s expansion into new suburban markets, including Long Island and Connecticut. Serving as the vital link between the Marketing and Operations teams, this position involves bringing the NAYA brand to life at a local level through strategic partnerships, grassroots marketing campaigns, influencer engagement, and tailored community activation programs. As a Field Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, driving guest trial, and fostering lasting relationships with local communities that convert first-time visitors into loyal customers.
This is a dynamic role requiring a balance of strategic planning and hands-on execution. The successful candidate will develop localized marketing playbooks and lead on-the-ground efforts from grand openings to community events and ongoing neighborhood outreach. The position demands creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to measure and report on the impact of marketing initiatives. NAYA values marketers who are both data-driven and passionate about community building, ensuring that every campaign supports long-term business growth and meaningful guest engagement.
The company offers a comprehensive and people-focused benefits package that supports employees both professionally and personally. The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, reflecting the importance of the role within NAYA’s leadership structure. Benefits include medical insurance with 70 percent company contribution, a technology reimbursement of $60 per month, profit interests planned for Q3 2026, a 401k plan with matching contributions launching in Q3 2026, paid vacation, sick and safe time, paid holidays, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts, long-term and short-term disability coverage, employee assistance programs, pet insurance, and complimentary NAYA meals during work shifts.
By joining NAYA as a Field Marketing Manager, you become part of a passionate team dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences and nurturing deep community connections. You will be empowered to make a tangible impact through innovative marketing strategies that are as much about people as they are about the product. This role offers a fulfilling career path within a growing company that values creativity, collaboration, and genuine hospitality.
