Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of home improvement products and services
- Experience with CRM tools and data-driven marketing strategies
Job Duties
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing Neighborhood Marketing team to generate leads through door-to-door engagement
- Establish and manage the Shows & Events department, ensuring a captivating and effective presence at various events
- Foster a results-driven, energetic team culture that encourages collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement
- Work closely with the call center leadership team to align field marketing efforts with overall lead generation and conversion strategies
- Implement and refine strategies to maximize ROI from face-to-face marketing initiatives
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to boost lead quality and sales opportunities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for customers during shows, events, and neighborhood marketing activities
