The Field Marketing Manager at Stanislaus Food Products is a pivotal full-time role within the Marketing department, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing. This exempt position, with a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $115,000, involves leading the execution and delivery of key marketing initiatives while contributing to strategic planning and prioritization. The manager is responsible for overseeing complex and cross-functional projects from inception through completion, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, aligns with brand standards, and meets the highest quality benchmarks.
This role combines operational expertise with strategic leadership, including people management responsibilities and oversight of the company’s Fulfillment Center. Key areas of responsibility include managing customer mailings by coordinating creative handoffs, production, and delivery while ensuring compliance with mailing regulations and adherence to brand guidelines. The Field Marketing Manager also leads tradeshow logistics, managing vendors, booth setup, transportation, staffing, and on-site execution to ensure seamless event participation.
In addition, the manager plans and executes customer events, managing every aspect from venue selection to vendor coordination and customer engagement. Collaboration with the Marketing and Creative teams is essential for developing and maintaining marketing collateral, while partnership with the Fulfillment team ensures inventory management and asset updates. The role also involves contributing to the digital asset management system, safeguarding marketing materials, and ensuring accessibility in line with intellectual property standards.
Project management is a critical component of this role, with responsibilities including developing timelines, managing schedules and dependencies, coaching and developing team members, and providing regular updates and risk assessments to marketing leadership. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective coordination with internal stakeholders and external vendors. The position requires occasional evening, weekend work, and travel, reflecting the dynamic nature of field marketing activities. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management or similar field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience managing a team
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project planning and project management software tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, and Outlook
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Project Management or similar field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience
- Minimum 2 years prior experience managing a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- 2 years experience with project planning and project management software tools

Job Duties
- Own execution of customer mailings from creative handoff through production and delivery
- Manage timelines, vendor coordination, compliance with mailing regulations, and brand standards
- Lead planning and execution of tradeshows, serving as the operational lead
- Manage vendors, booth logistics, transportation, set-up/teardown, staffing, and on-site execution
- Plan and execute customer events end-to-end including venue selection, vendors, décor, collateral, and customer engagement
- Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to develop, refine, order, and print marketing materials
- Collaborate with Fulfillment team to manage inventory and updates of existing materials
- Develop, lead and manage project timelines, schedules, and dependencies
- Manage, coach and develop the team
- Provide regular project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to Marketing leadership
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Other duties as assigned
