In this vibrant setting, DaBella is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to spearhead its event marketing, retail promotions, and face-to-face lead generation programs. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on elevating the company's brand visibility through personal interactions with customers and strategic event management. The Field Marketing Manager will oversee a team of Brand Ambassadors and Event Marketers, driving goal-oriented campaigns designed to generate high-quality appointments. This role entails managing all aspects of field marketing from planning to execution, including event logistics, contract negotiations, and follow-ups ensuring the seamless integration of marketing efforts with sales objectives.

Beyond team management, the Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for measuring campaign effectiveness through tracking key performance indicators and ensuring precise data entry into CRM systems. The role also involves cultivating strong partnerships with retail locations and event organizers to maximize the impact of promotional activities. Candidates for this position should bring a blend of leadership skills, marketing knowledge, flexibility to handle events during evenings and weekends, and the physical stamina to engage in on-site activities effectively. DaBella offers a competitive salary range of $60,000 to $70,000 annually, complemented by monthly bonuses reflecting performance success. Job Requirements

  • 2-4+ years in field marketing, event promotions, retail marketing, sales leadership, or customer-facing roles
  • strong communication, team leadership, and customer engagement skills
  • able to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours
  • ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift 25 lbs
  • valid driver's license and a reliable smartphone
  • must pass an MVR check

Job Duties

  • Lead all field marketing, event marketing, retail marketing, and promotional campaigns
  • drive appointment generation, demos, and lead quality across events, retail locations, and sponsorships
  • recruit, train, coach, and schedule a team of Brand Ambassadors / Event Marketers
  • manage event bookings, contracts, logistics, setup/breakdown, and brand assets
  • track KPIs, analyze results, and maintain accurate CRM lead entry
  • build strong relationships with retail partners and event organizers
  • ensure team performance meets productivity and cost targets
