Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in event coordination or field marketing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to travel extensively including overnight stays
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently without constant supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities
  • High ethical standards with a commitment to community service

Job Qualifications

  • Experience organizing and planning events, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a marketing team
  • Creative problem-solver with strong work ethic and desire for professional growth
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical and multitasking abilities
  • Foundational experience with design tools such as Canva or Adobe products is a plus
  • Experience performing in a remote work environment is beneficial
  • Basic understanding of website design and email marketing, with bonus points for familiarity with WordPress and ActiveCampaign

Job Duties

  • Organize and host community events and grand openings to increase brand awareness
  • Network extensively with community stakeholders including schools, sports teams, and chambers of commerce
  • Manage online reputation by responding to reviews and increasing patient satisfaction
  • Collaborate with social media teams to generate local content from events
  • Track budgets and maintain administrative records related to field marketing activities
  • Conduct local-level research to identify new marketing opportunities and partnerships
  • Represent the brand as an ambassador to build strong community relationships
