The Field Leader role at Chipotle is a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding company that is opening a new restaurant approximately every two days. This position is critical in maintaining the high standards and operational excellence across multiple restaurant locations. Field Leaders act as key partners to restaurant managers, helping to operate successful restaurants and drive business growth. This role requires a dynamic leader who can balance strong business acumen with a passionate focus on team development, food safety, and customer experience.
