Chipotle is rapidly expanding its footprint, opening a new restaurant nearly every two days. To support this exponential growth, the company is seeking experienced Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations. These leaders play an essential role in building strong partnerships with restaurant managers and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across their locations. A Field Leader at Chipotle embodies the company’s values by fostering a food safety-first culture, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving team development through meaningful leadership. The role demands a strategic mindset focused on business knowledge, including profit and loss management, sales forecasting, staffing, and compliance with food safety regulations.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range estimated between $90,000 and $127,500 per year, complemented by quarterly bonuses and annual equity awards based on performance. Additionally, Field Leaders benefit from a comprehensive package featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, tuition assistance covering up to 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually, paid time off, holiday closures, and access to company vehicles or mileage reimbursement.
