To support this exponential growth, the company is seeking experienced Field Leaders to oversee multiple restaurant locations. These leaders play an essential role in building strong partnerships with restaurant managers and ensuring smooth, efficient operations across their locations. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range estimated between $90,000 and $127,500 per year, complemented by quarterly bonuses and annual equity awards based on performance. Additionally, Field Leaders benefit from a comprehensive package featuring medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, tuition assistance covering up to 100% of select degrees or up to $5,250 annually, paid time off, holiday closures, and access to company vehicles or mileage reimbursement. - previous multi-unit restaurant management experience
- knowledge of food safety standards
