Established with the mission to cultivate a better world, Chipotle serves classically cooked, real food made without artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. The company owns and operates all its restaurants throughout North America and Europe, including locations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, distinguishing itself as a pioneering force with a hands-on approach to quality and customer experience.

Chipotle is expanding rapidly, opening a new restaurant approximately every two days, and seeks talented and dedicated leaders to support this growth. The Field Leader role at Chipotle is an exciting opportunity for those who aspire to oversee multiple restaurant locations and help drive operational excellence across the board. Field Leaders work closely with restaurant managers to build strong partnerships and ensure that operations are running efficiently. This role is vital to upholding Chipotle's commitment to its mission, supporting team development, and maintaining an unwavering focus on food safety and guest satisfaction.

Field Leaders at Chipotle are expected to bring a broad business knowledge that includes profit and loss management, sales forecasting, staffing, and food safety adherence. They foster a food safety-first culture and lead with passion, inspiring and developing restaurant teams. The position calls for a proactive and team-oriented mindset, with the ability to jump in and assist wherever needed. Multilingual communication skills are valued to enhance collaboration and service at diverse work locations.

The company offers its employees a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, quarterly bonuses, tuition assistance covering select degrees up to $5,250 per year, company cars or mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and holiday closures. Chipotle is also committed to career growth and provides opportunities for people-development bonuses. This role is ideal for experienced multi-unit restaurant professionals who want to be part of an innovative and socially responsible company that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Joining Chipotle means becoming part of a people-first company with a vibrant culture that values every team member's contribution. The company actively supports diversity and ensures equity through inclusive hiring practices. Qualified applicants with disabilities are encouraged to request reasonable accommodations during the hiring process to participate fully. This is a unique chance to contribute to a rapidly growing brand that is reshaping the future of fast food and making better food accessible to all.
