Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience in a multi-unit restaurant environment
- Ability to travel between multiple locations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining food safety standards
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A friendly and enthusiastic attitude

- Strong business knowledge including P&L management
- Ability to lead diverse teams

- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the location

Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage profit and loss, sales forecasting, and staffing
- Foster and ensure a food safety-first culture
- Train and validate employees on operational standards
- Lead and develop teams through coaching and mentorship
- Maintain a laser-like focus on guest experience
