Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant management or leadership
  • Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Experience with business operations including P&L management and food safety
  • Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
  • Strong guest service orientation
  • Ability to travel and manage multiple restaurant locations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
  • Strong business knowledge including P&L management, sales forecasting, food safety, and staffing
  • Proven ability to develop and lead teams
  • Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • Passion for fostering a culture of food safety and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to focus on guest experience
  • Enthusiastic and friendly attitude

Job Duties

  • Oversee multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
  • Manage business operations including P&L, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
  • Foster and enforce a food safety first culture across all locations
  • Lead team development and provide training on key operational elements
  • Focus on delivering a superior guest experience to each location
  • Act as a team player by supporting restaurants when additional assistance is needed
