Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in multi-unit restaurant management or leadership
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Experience with business operations including P&L management and food safety
- Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development
- Strong guest service orientation
- Ability to travel and manage multiple restaurant locations

- Previous multi-unit restaurant leadership experience
- Strong business knowledge including P&L management, sales forecasting, food safety, and staffing
- Proven ability to develop and lead teams
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Passion for fostering a culture of food safety and quality
- Demonstrated ability to focus on guest experience
- Enthusiastic and friendly attitude
Job Duties
- Oversee multiple restaurant locations to ensure operational excellence
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with restaurant managers
- Manage business operations including P&L, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing
- Foster and enforce a food safety first culture across all locations
- Lead team development and provide training on key operational elements
- Focus on delivering a superior guest experience to each location
- Act as a team player by supporting restaurants when additional assistance is needed
