Field Leaders are pivotal to the company’s success as they oversee multiple restaurant locations, strengthening partnerships with restaurant managers, and ensuring operational excellence. As a Field Leader, you will bring a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to the table while managing business operations like Profit and Loss (P&L) management, food safety, sales forecasting, and staffing. You will foster a culture that prioritizes food safety and continuously develop your teams by training and validating employees on critical operational elements. Your leadership helps build a motivated workforce, ensuring that each restaurant location upholds Chipotle’s high-quality standards and customer-centric values.

Chipotle offers a competitive compensation package for this position, with an estimated base pay ranging from $94,000 to $133,000 annually, complemented by quarterly cash bonuses and annual equity awards.
